Spanish Genderism

Is "genderism" even a word?

Okay, I looked it up on www.m-w.com, and it is not a word, so what I think I really mean is sexism.

I found sexism in my Spanish word of the day, but I can't decide if it's a good thing or a bad thing...

(el) orden - order (noun, masculine)
Example: Ustedes serán atendidos en orden alfabético.
Translation: You will be served in alphabetical order.

(la) orden - order (noun, feminine)
Example: Hazlo ahora mismo - es una orden.
Translation: Do it right now - that's an order.
