Operator

The other day I was making a phone call to a company that has the automated phone message when it answers that gives you options like "for the copy department say or press 1." At the same time as the automated message started giving me my options, Madeline decided to scream one of her nice high pitch toddler screams. The next thing I know I hear the automated message say "okay, we will connect you with an operator." I'm tempted to give it a try on my own next time I have to talk to an automated phone message.
